Shipping policy

We aim to ship all orders received before 3pm the same day (normal working days). Any orders received after this time will be processed on the next working day. All orders will be supplied in a plain box with plain tape, the address label will also be plain and show no company logos. The return address will be displayed as Limbco Limited, our fulfilment company. Orders will only be shipped to UK destinations using Royal Mail 24. The price includes VAT. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning the item to explain why it does not meet your expectations. Returned packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries. We will refund any undamaged, unopened packs.
